For more information about Becker CPA Review, visit http://www.beckercpa.com For more about Stalla’s CFA review courses, visit http://www.stalla.comPosition SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for expanding our market base by increasing awareness of and enrollment in Becker Professional Review’s (BPR) programs. Works closely with a team of Marketing Coordinators who, in turn, oversee a large number of Campus Representatives to schedule, host and administer events at various college campuses within the assigned territory. RMM’s are also expected to help pursue agreements with companies in concert with their Regional Manager (RM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) often arranging presentations to uncertified professionals. Collaborates and coordinates with Lead Faculty and Regional Faculty Manger to involve key Faculty into the marketing mix as warranted.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Coordinates and schedules on-site presentations on college campuses (and assigns presenters) in order to promote the accounting profession and increase awareness and understanding of how BPR’s programs can help students achieve their career goals.2. Prepares presentations and attends campus functions detailing the benefits of gaining certification and conducts presentations or procures CPA/CFA certified professionals to present.3. Hires, trains, motivates and evaluates Marketing Coordinators, Campus Representatives and other promotional speakers.4. Works with Marketing Coordinators to reach uncertified professionals in order to market the benefits of gaining certification.5. Responds to all BPR product inquiries generated within the region in a timely manner.6. Maintains effective communication with managers, Marketing Coordinators and campus representatives to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on all marketing plans.7. Assists Regional Managers with evaluating Marketing Coordinators’ performance and provides feedback to the performance appraisal.8. Maintains awareness of changes with competitors’ class schedules, pricing, and marketing materials.9. Develops working relationship and conducts joint marketing and sales effort with DeVry and Keller to maximize revenue across the entire organization.10. Collaboration with corporate marketing team to create collateral that addresses timely marketing issues and competitive concerns.11. At least 5 years marketing and/or sales experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation and public speaking skills required. Highly organized with exceptional planning skills and tactical effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade others strongly preferred. Ability to work well in a team based environment.
