Description:Position Summary:


The Implementation Associate Director has responsibility for the implementation of designated Kaplan K12s core programs and services throughout the region. The Implementation Associate Director manages a team of Implementation Managers who are responsible for the successful delivery of K12 programs in that region. In this role, the Implementation Associate Director will have the following key responsibilities:Support the strategic plans for his / her region to strengthen the current team, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve operational efficienciesLead, manage, and motivate 3-5 members of regional implementation team providing core K12 programs and services; develop, train and support staffMonitor key contracts to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met within an approved budget and resource planWork with team on internal process management including updating internal databasesCommunicate and meet with administrators from key accounts to assess needs, consult on the project, and provide regular status reports as requiredCoordinate internally with the Kaplan K12 sales, operations, and curriculum teams to improve delivery of core K12 programs and servicesAssist in strategic initiatives to improve internal implementation processes


The Implementation Associate Director must possess keen insight into best practices for K-12 education and must be able to demonstrate the creative problem-solving skills and leadership required to ensure successful implementations.
