Location: Residing in a home office anywhere in the US Northern states Req#: 08-0752 Summary:The primary responsibilities of the Regional Director of Admissions include managing a team of High School Presenters and Admissions Representatives within an assigned geographical region while reporting directly to a Regional Vice President of Admissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, from a tactical approach; sales training and development, providing guidance and leadership related to meeting and/or exceeding individual and region specific budgets, assisting with overall territory management, managing day to day production and activity as well as general morale. Essentially, the Regional DOA is responsible for all facets of the admissions/sales process within their specific region, ranging from high school lead generation to starts. General Duties Ensure that Field Reps are following policies, processes and procedures as set forth by CCi. Train, develop, coach and mentor High School Presenters and Admissions Representatives within an assigned Region. Partner with and support respective Regional Vice President with regional hiring needs. Provide tactical guidance, assistance and leadership to ensure achievement of divisional admissions operational objectives and goals. Manages and supports High School Presenters and Admissions Representatives with time management and territory management. Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards related to key areas; High School development, High School Visits, High School Presentations and lead generation, thorough lead management, appointment setting, student interviews, enrollments, managing conversion rates, show rates and starts by campus, event management and referral generating activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and reports. Adhere to required daily communication(s) with Regional VP. Conduct weekly regional team conference calls and training(s). Observe and evaluate Reps on a monthly basis. Ensure High School Presenters and Admissions Representatives are maximizing territory in relation to; high schools, technical and vocational schools, college fairs, career nights, local events, etc. Conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times. Requirements: Must possess strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Must possess strong management, leadership and organizational skills. Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be self motivated and able to motivate others. Complete Sales and Customer Service experience a plus. Must be willing to travel up to 80% on a monthly basis. Must be able to pay expenses up front and carry expenses until reimbursement arrives. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
