The Regional Sales Director must take the lead in regional service and sales related procedures and issues by carefully supporting and managing the Center’s operations in their region.The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Director is to achieve the monthly targets across all Centers in their region in the following key performance areas: Sales, Operations, Service & ProfitabilityThis is a demanding role that requires high energy levels, and a strong ability to recruit, train, coach, manage, motivate and develop high performing sales and service management professionals.
