Overall Functions, Duties,& Responsibilities:*Work under the direction of Psychometric staff to support testing programs. *Contribute to analysis of item and test data in the following capacity: prepare data requests; conduct data cleaning activities; set up data and files for various analyses; perform quality assurance checks; archive data files. *Document data management processes and procedures. *Assist in the creation of technical reports. *Participate in testing and operational research projects.*Other duties as assigned.- Minimum Education/Experience Required:*Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent.*1-2 years experience in a similar job function.Skills & Other Requirements:*Strong computer/technical skills *Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and text editors (including macros)*Experience with statistical packages such as SAS or SPSS desired*Strong attention to detail*Interest in statistical analysis and testing preferred
