Outstanding opportunity in stable local government facility for an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage a CGI HRM Advantage upgrade.  Responsibilities include leading all aspects of the project including vendor management, interface conversions, reporting and data migration to deliver high-quality product and services.  Qualified candidate will plan and manage the project according to PM methodology including budget, schedule, project plans, issues, risk assessments and resources.  Will lead application teams through software development lifecycles to ensure product meets software and quality standards of excellence.  The project manager will provide leadership and build relationships with users, technical staff, management and end users to determine and resolve issues with systems implementation.

Qualified candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, managing and delivering large government IT projects with a minimum of 4 years on large scale ERP software implementation.  CGI-AMS Advantage HR application, payroll, accounting and H.R. management desired.  PMP certification preferred.  Contract will run 18-24 months with opportunity to convert to permanent.  Rate is $60 per hr.  Please contact Sigman & Summerfield at 410-828-0777 or email resume to info@sigsum.com
