PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Waynesburg University is seeking applicants for the position of Programmer Analyst. Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of experience preferred in any of the following areas: scripting languages, MySQL, SQL report writing, relational DBMS, and web application development. Candidates should possess knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Unix, Apache, IIS, .NET and any special programming and testing techniques necessary to achieve reliable and secure applications. MCSD certification preferred. Candidates should also have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Job responsibilities will include report generation utilizing a relational DBMS, web development and support, and assist with system administration and support of the University's Administrative system. The candidate must be committed to the mission and purpose of Christian higher education. A complete job description is available in the Human Resources Office.
