Progam Chair, Criminal Justice Job Description Are you looking for a challenge and the opportunity to lead an entire department to success? Then look no further, we are currently recruiting a strong leader to head up the Criminal Justice department as the Criminal Justice Program Chair. Colorado Tech Online is actively seeking an experienced Program Chair in the criminal justice area. In conjunction with University Deans, academic staff, and support, this individual will develop and manage criminal justice and paralegal courses in a fast-paced environment for undergraduate students seeking real-world skills to take them to the next level in their careers. The Program Chair's main function is the management of all online criminal justice and paralegal areas, including curriculum development, instructor performance, retention, and accreditation standards in order to maintain quality education programs which meet state and federal requirements and company guidelines. The chosen candidate will have a doctorate degree in respective or related discipline within criminal justice, law, and/or paralegal. A solid background and industry experience in a general education field, as well as experience teaching and translating that experience into learning events and outcomes to achieve the practical skills students need to move ahead in today's world preferred.
