Policy and Procedure Manager

Early Childhood Education Professionals - Policy and Procedure Manager Do you have an educational background or experience in the Early Childhood Education industry?  Are you a licensed Childcare Center Director or Assistant Director who is looking to move to the next level? Are you looking to make a change in your career and join the fastest-growing, second largest for-profit child care provider in North America?  We are looking for a detail oriented person who can interpret state/federal regulations and NAEYC guidelines and put them into actionable and relevant policies and procedures for our 1100+ centers across the U.S.  You will be responsible for working with various departments (Communications, Legal, Training, Operations, etc.) and subject matter experts to develop and update policies to ensure we are in compliance while understanding and balancing the needs of our schools.   Responsibilities: Develop and update policies and procedures for school operations to include health and safety, and emergency management. Develop and update student enrollment forms, agreements and handbooks. Develop internal communication strategies and processes with Communication Manager to keep projects, programs and/or departments informed on critical issues and new policies. Establish, maintain and consult with a policy review team. Maintain and keep policy software current for users and documents. Work with the Training Department to develop appropriate training materials.Requirements: Excellent writing skills. Ability to coordinate, organize and communicate with multiple departments. Minimum of two years licensed childcare supervisory experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Bachelors degree preferred.
