Essential Functions: Call center specialist and data entry projects as requested. Works in payroll software (i.e. system support). Analyze processes on regular basis to ensure maximum efficiency. Assist reporting and analyze results for audit and competency acceptance. Assist on multiple projects within payroll department. Serve as a call center specialist to answer queries in relation to payroll issues.Adaptability Requirements: High degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately. Working Conditions: Little to no travel will be required. Majority of time spent at desk working at a computer monitor. Experience and Education: Minimum 1 year experience with basic payroll functions. Some college work or payroll experience.
