Part time Administrative Assistant for University Program
Seeking experienced administrative professional for one day a week position for Fridays only 9 AM - 3 PM. Seeking mature and professional individual to assist Medical Research Department at well-known University. This individual would be responsible for:-Receiving telephone calls from public, answering general inquiries both verbally and in writing-Responding to written requests for information promptly, mailing information packets, and tracking responses in database-Maintaining and producing information documents and tracking inventory.-Creating and maintaining filing system for important office documents.-Monitoring and ordering office supplies-Other administrative duties as necessary.Individual must be comfortable working independently and able to be sensitive to callers needs. Need not apply if not comfortable working in a medical research environment.
