Part-Time Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to work 20-24 hours a week. As a Learning Care Group Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting candidates to leadership for key management positions in our Early Education/Child Care Schools located throughout the U.S. In addition, you will be responsible for partnering with local and division management to develop recruiting strategies for staffing new and existing schools.  This position will be based out of our headquarters located in Novi, MI.  Recruiter responsibilities: Â§  Manage the search process from sourcing through final candidate offer for School Management positions.§  Design and execute creative recruiting programs to drive applicant flow and attract qualified candidates.§  Partner with Division and District Management to develop and implement strategic and proactive recruiting plans. §  Strategize and place employment advertisements on internet sites, newspapers and colleges for School Staff positions.§  Track and analyze hiring data and trends.§  Research and develop relationships with colleges, universities, organizations, community groups, etc. to source potential applicants.  §  Ensure compliance with company recruiting and hiring processes and procedures, and EEOC guidelines. Requirements: Â§  One or more years of progressive experience in recruiting for targeted skill sets. §  Recruiting experience in the Education Industry or in a high volume multi location environment is a plus.§  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent related experience required.§  Proven experience creating innovative recruiting strategies.§  Strong customer service and communication skills. §  Ability to develop and implement strategic and proactive college recruiting campaigns.§  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint); working experience with an Applicant Tracking System.§  Working knowledge of applicable local, state and federal employment regulations, including EEOC.§  Occasional travel may be required If you are interested in the opportunity to join a growing company headquartered here in Metro Detroit, please send your resume with salary history to: Leah V.
