Campus Support Center (Corporate Headquarters) - Santa Ana, CAReq#: 08-0817Summary of Position: As member of the Organizational Development team, function as a liaison and advisor to CCi leadership to facilitate business initiatives across the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and administer developmental programs for company employees. Develop and integrate human resource programs and projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Job Duties Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conduct needs assessments to determine strategies required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance. Design impactful training and development strategies, including assessment methods and measurement systems, to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. Partner with functional/departmental leaders to understand all necessary aspects of the organization. Utilize appropriate systems for measuring and reporting necessary aspects of organizational performance. Implement and support organizational and leadership development systems and programs such as performance management, coaching and mentoring, and succession planning. Develop self and maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory and methods. Requirements: Minimum of 3 -5 years organizational development experience. A bachelor's degree in Training, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field OR comparable work experience. A master's degree is preferred. Able to travel on company business up to 50% of the time.
