Description:Join Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as the Operations Manager for the Boston Center! The right candidate for this position will manage operational services including human resources, accounting, compliance, legal, facilities and technology for Kaplans Boston Center. The Operations Manager will drive operating income, contribute to the top line through consultative selling, and deliver on revenue goals that contribute to the growth of Kaplans business. Responsibilities: Drive operating income by developing efficient processes to manage the budget, expenses, and direct costs of the center. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of center staff. Oversee compliance, including communicating with national operations to disseminate information and provide feedback regarding policies and processes. Negotiate contracts with vendors and institutions. Coordinate with center personnel, the corporate office, and customers to evaluate and meet service and performance goals. Create weekly and monthly reports and collect data required for evaluation of business decisions and processes. Provide enthusiastic, hands-on customer service. Manage the center facility, including technology. Manage billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in the planning and execution of Kaplan's business growth including class starts, instructor auditions and marketing events.
