Online Educational Database Content Specialist
Renzulli Learning, a fast-growing, innovative educational software company is seeking an innovative individual looking to design and develop interactive curriculum solutions for teachers. The Curriculum Development Specialist works to ensure that our customers have highly engaging, interactive resources to differentiate their lessons. Â You will be a member of a dynamic team accountable for supporting over 3,000 schools, 40,000 teachers, and 1/2-million students around the country. The ideal candidate for the Curriculum Development Specialist will have excellent organization skills, can work well in a team environment, and will be inspired to help create a technology-infused classroom and curriculum.
Major job responsibilities include the following:
·        Adding and editing database entries
·        Creating supplemental resources for educators
·        Performing quality assurance checks of the existing database

 Additional job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
·        Responding to client inquiries
·        Training new members of the team
·        Researching  internet research to locate additional educational resources
·        Working with the marketing and sales team to promote Renzulli Learning

An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have superior grammar skills, be able to think creatively, think analytically, is internet savvy, familiar with educational websites, familiar with educational state and national standards, is very flexible and hard working. An ideal candidate will have also spent a significant amount of time conducting research and searching online. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred but not required.
Required:
·        Must have a 4-year degree, preferably with a major or minor in education, English, or computer information systems.
·        Must be comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
·        Must have familiarity with the classroom application of technology.
·        Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
