Medical Imaging Part Time Clinical Instructor

EDUCATION Medical Imaging Part Time Clinical Instructor This position runs from January through August and will be available beginning January 2009, for a minimum of 12 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Four a.m. hours per day). Eight additional hours (Four a.m. hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, may be available depending on the needs of the department and the candidate’s availability). Additional hours will be required in November 2008 for orientation. A Summer 2009 assignment will be available. Assignments for subsequent semesters dependent upon the number of clinical students enrolled. The qualified candidate will possess: current A.R.R.T. certification in Radiography; a minimum of 2 years recent full-time experience in the general radiology department, post radiography education. Experience in supervising, instructing, and evaluating students is preferred. A B.S. degree in Radiologic Technology from a J.R.C.E.R.T.-accredited program is strongly preferred.
