MARKETING COORDINATOR Job Description

 

RedVector.com is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department and manage the Email Marketing program.  This position will report to the Director of Marketing, and will work independently and with the Marketing Team on projects and reporting. This position requires creativity, organization, and solid working knowledge of email marketing.Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Email Marketing Management – Utilize email marketing services online, HTML knowledge, and writing skills to develop and launch marketing emails.

Direct Mail Support – Support the Graphic Designer with direct mail preparation, direct mail delivery to post office, and miscellaneous campaign support tasks.

Marketing Reporting – Work with the Marketing Director to create or update marketing reports such as Board reports, status reports, campaign metrics, and marketing dashboard.  Work with the Marketing Communications Manager with tradeshow/event reports and lead reports.

Business Writing – Assist with the development of copy for the websites, marketing collateral, newsletters, presentations and press releases.

Marketing Administrative Support – Work with all members of the Marketing Team to assist with the completion of projects, tasks, miscellaneous reports, vendor management, event management, supply orders, and administrative items.Qualifications

1. At least 2 to 4 years of previous relevant marketing experience (e.g. public relations, event management, advertising, development of marketing collateral, email marketing).

2. Must have email marketing experience.

3. Basic knowledge of HTML or experience working with an HTML editor such as FrontPage.

4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

5. Minimum of an Associates degree.
