Manager of Treasury

Do you have a focus on the internal and external customer?We are looking for a Treasury Manager that will directly oversee a staff of treasury personnel, including Accountants, Analysts and Clerks.  You will manage daily and forecasted cash activity, including the movement of cash between accounts, overnight investments, debt borrowings, and the timely and accurate reporting and recording of all bank activity.  Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily cash sources and uses. Forecast daily cash flow, including investments and debt. Maintain appropriate vendor relationships. Work with Banking Compliance department to ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and communicate with Field Audit department on significant banking compliance issues located at school. Document existing procedures for the department and maintain financial software databases. Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Business-related field, such as Accounting or Finance.  At least seven (7) years of experience in Treasury. At least four (4) years of management experience. Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization. Ability to meet strict deadlines while adhering to current policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills and follow-up for both internal and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Occasional travel may be required.Preferred Skills: Previous change management experience. Previous computer experience with Treasury databases.
