MANAGER OF SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS OPPORTUNITY

Carnegie Learning’s Curricula Solutions are used by the Chicago Public Schools to further its progress in mathematics education. Since 2006, our Curricula Solutions have been included in Chicago’s nationally recognized and innovative High School Transformation Project that is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The High School Transformation Project uses Carnegie Learning’s suite of curricula to help students succeed in mathematics.Â

Each of our Chicago-based Managers of School Partnerships (MSP) will focus on providing Professional Development services and support to a cadre of 18 teachers within the Chicago Public School system to help ensure successful implementation and assist in aligning teaching to learning.Â
Â
In this high-visibility position, our MSPs will work with all levels of client personnel including teachers and administrators to:
Conduct initial implementation trainings on all productsÂ
Â
Monitor the implementation process, ensure satisfaction and proper implementation • Conduct site visits with a focus on supporting the continued use of our products • Provide phone and email support • Record customer communications and site visits • Communicate customer feedback to corporate headquarters
 Design and conduct ongoing professional development workshops with emphasis on specific teacher needs

During the summer months our MSPs will also have the opportunity to work with schools outside the Chicago area.Â

We are seeking individuals with previous middle or high school mathematics teaching experience (preferably with Carnegie Learning material or other standard-based materials) who are passionate about the overall improvement of mathematics instruction.Â
