We invite you to join the more than 41,000 professional employees who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children.Job Summary:This position involves maintaining the center locations in a safe, functional, and marketable condition; responding to emergencies at the centers to correct unsafe or hazardous conditions; maintaining each facility within all required codes and licensing standards; maintaining daily communication with the facilities department management and Dispatch Operations; implementing programs and upgrades; and maintaining accurate records on expenses, work orders, equipment history, van parts and supply inventory.  Job Requirements: - Strong plumbing and electrical maintenance experience in a multi-unit environment - One or more years experience in a similar position with comparable working conditions - Working knowledge of computers and basic programs  - 3 years of hands-on experience preferred Education:- High school diploma or GED is requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Some HVAC experience is preferred, but not required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - The ability to perform under pressure  - Must have a clean driving record - Must be able to pass a criminal background and reference check - You will be provided with a company van, tools, uniforms and a cell phone to complete your job duties.
