Learning Management Systems Specialist
Assists with managing the training and education efforts for all applicable policies, procedures, systems, applications and software. Coordinates training design, develops materials, assesses training needs, and leads assigned projects. Coordinates scheduling and implementation of training sessions, including training site locations, travel, and accommodations.Position Responsibilities Acts as the expert on the Learning Management System for the organization Oversees WBT, courseware publishing including loading and testing to ensure operability in Learning Management System Executes and tests loading of content (course description, schedule of courses, etc.) in Learning Management System Manages database of content and looks for content redundancies Conducts quality assurance of existing courseware Oversees refresh, maintenance and retirement of online courseware Define and manages course curriculums and sequencing of learning Manages reporting regarding and interpretation of user and curriculum data held within the Learning Management System Leads projects related to implementing the Learning Management System to areas within the company where the technology has not been deployed Develops and optimize processes for the Learning Management System in order to standardize policies and approach across the company Transfers knowledge to new administrative designees Develops end user and administrative tools Conducts internal User Group Meetings to share best practices and train admin support on system functionality Participation in LMS vendor user group meetings and annual conferences Investigates off-the-shelf content options/offeringsPosition Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning, Instructional Systems Design, Business Administration or related area required. Minimum of two years experience in corporate or academic learning required. Experience with a variety of HR and/or business system applications preferred. Excellent communication (written and oral) skills across all levels of the business Skilled in use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) A demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects on time and on budget Ability to multi-task and deliver on several initiatives at one time Must be a self-starter and possess capabilities to organize and complete work independently Must possess the ability to act as a change agent Knowledge and experience in SQL and HTML coding Experience with top tier LMS (use and knowledge of Plateau Learning Management System a plus)To apply for this position, please Click Here Job Title: Learning Management Systems SpecialistCompany: ConAgraLocation: Omaha, NE 68102Status: Full TimeJob Category: Education/TrainingReference Code: 14014BR
