RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process leads received on campus voicemail daily.
Receive, assign and communicate lead information to education representatives.
Sort, open and distribute daily admissions mail.
Receive, review, approve and distribute applications to appropriate Educational Representative on a daily basis.
Review incoming enrollment paperwork for accuracy, completion, and applicable information.
Communicate with educational representative to resolve paperwork errors/discrepancies.
Input enrollment agreement information into SMART.
General administrative support for field and campus education representatives.
Assist Admissions Manager as needed with preparations and implementation of all on-site events.


REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
Strong data entry skills
Interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel and Access
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and follow through on work to ensure deadlines are met
