LNA/MNA Instructors
New Hampshire Health Care Association (NHHCA) seeks qualified candidates to serve as instructors in Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) and Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) training programs. Instructors will teach from NHHCA Nurse Training School LNA and MNA curriculum.
The NHHCA Nurse Training School holds classes in our member’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities in all regions of New Hampshire. Depending on availability, instructors are assigned to teach classes in a region of the state as needed. Opportunities to participate in marketing and recruitment are available to those candidates who are interested and qualified.
LNA instructor Candidates must:
Possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree.
MNA Instructor Candidates must:
Possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
All candidates must:
Possess a valid NH nursing license issued by the NH Board of Nursing
Have at least 2 years experience working with the elderly or chronically ill of any age group.
Successfully complete a State approved “Train the Trainer” program (RN’s with a BSN do not need this course).
Possess long-term care experience.
Possess business experience.
