KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS
OLD BRIDGE CENTER
We provide the right tools and training so that our lead teachers can do their best. Our exciting new curriculum was designed by early education specialists and national experts to set each child on a path of life-long learning. Our foundations are based on the work of respected child development theorists such as Jean Piaget and Howard Gardner. We follow the guidelines for developmentally appropriate practices set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
The classroom environment is natural and comfortable in order to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children. Our Preschool/Pre-K teachers have responsibility for planning the daily programs for the children using our curriculum as a resource. Our curriculum is child directed and requires teachers to use their excellent facilitation and project-based work skills.
