Interactive Media Producer

Responsible for producing or monitoring the production of digital content objects and associated interactive media assets across one or more product lines utilizing various rapid development strategies. Exceptional ability to execute deliverables to a project plan; collaborate within crossfunctional teams; report status, diagnose and solve problems; and work with remote personnel, sprint teams, vendors, and contractors. Must be an organized, communicative, high performer who can balance multiple business demands, such as pedagogical quality, budgetary requirements, resource limitations, and fixed project schedules, while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented work environment. * B.A./B.S.* Minimum of 5 years producing large volumes of digital content objects* Experience with educational media, instructional software, or e-learning preferred* Superior communication, organizational, and analytical skills* Proven experience assembling and validating digital content objects* Proven experience producing interactive media assets such as audio, artwork, images, Flash animations, and ancillary/print assets* Proven experience prepping content scripts for audio recording and monitoring all aspects of audio production as necessary* Familiarity with interactive media production and workflow software (MS Office, MS Project, Flash, Flash Form, Photoshop, XML, and HTML)* Strong technical diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills* Ability to organize, archive, and track a large volume of digital files* Ability to interface with functional managers, offsite subject matter experts, and project managers* Familiarity with audio and video production techniques, instructional template design, content management, and testing best practices
