Instructional Designer with Competency Mapping Experience (Houston)

 Keywords: instructional design, curriculum designer,  We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer to work with subject matter experts to develop competency maps. In this role, you will work directly with two key people local to Houston and SME’s from around the world.   Requirements: Bachelors degree; prefer Masters in related field Professional in Learning and Performance; CPLP or similar equivalent 3 - 5 years experience minimum in Instructional Design Experience working with competency maps and working with a divers SME audience Demonstrated experience going into complex projects with large companies Experience in the oil & gas industry preferred Great Influencing skills Willingness to travel – will not be extensive but is required  Start Date: First week of October Duration: 30 days with possibility of extension Location: Houston, TX.
