Instructional Designer/Project Manager with Leadership Program Design

Keywords: e-learning, CBT, curriculum designer, curriculum developer, instructional developer, We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer / Project Manager to implement leadership development initiatives at all levels within the client’s organization to drive measurable performance outcomes for the client’s leaders.   In this role, you will: Own the creation and implementation of the client’s project plan as it relates to content development, session execution, communication and measurement results Design and deliver leadership curriculum focused on driving individual, team and organization performance.  Design and execution of project plans for leadership curriculum. Ensure all educational products and services align with the overall organizational strategy to drive a high performing culture. Measure effectiveness of leadership content in connection with its ability to drive measurable performance. Use measurement results to drive and influence key stakeholders to embrace the learning programs. Bring new possibilities and best practices that challenge current thinking and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for the implementation of the communication strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in business leadership or learning function Strong Instructional Design and Project Management skills and experience Proven experience in the design and execution of leadership programs Understand and integrate business analytics Knowledge of retail business metrics Prior experience in the design and delivery of senior leadership development initiatives Ability to measure ROI of learning programs. Strong business acumen/ performance orientation Ability to conduct analysis to measure the performance of learning programs to drive business outcomes. eLearning design and delivery skills preferred  Start Date: Second week of September Duration: 6 months with possible full time employment after Location: New York City, NY (Times Square).
