Instructional Design Project Manager

 The Instructional Design Project Manager is a non-entry level position for internal associates who have increased their instructional design and writing skills in both print and online media.  Under the direction of the Instructional Design Resourcing Director, the Instructional Design Project Manager is responsible for development of strategy (scoping and needs analysis), content, project management and evaluation of both print and e-learning solutions for themselves and junior members of the team.?  Five to seven years of curriculum design/development, project management, and/or training delivery experience in a corporate setting?  Strong knowledge of instructional design, development processes, strategies, delivery, and evaluation methods?  Knowledge in one or more of the following:  CBT authoring, information architecture, video and broadcast production, performance-based analysis ?  Graduate degree in instructional design or educational technology preferred?  Experienced internal consulting or client management skills?  Demonstrated oral and written communication skills?  Demonstrated project management skills?  Experience in financial services industry preferred?  Organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks with tight time constraints   Company Overview:Fidelity Investments is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with custodied assets of $3.3 trillion, including managed assets of more than $1.5 trillion as of June 30, 2008.
