Manages the school's information systems while reporting toÂ Administrative team.

Makes recommendations for hardware and software resources.

Oversees the Administration, Security, Maintenance and Support of the Computer Systems of the institution.

Serves asÂ technology liasonÂ between staff, faculty and other institutions.

Operates, backs up and manages the E-mail, Accounting, File and Student Information servers and all related connections.

Maintains, repairs and recycles computers.Â Troubleshoots to keep existing hardware operational.

Remains on call for emergencies, over weekends, holidays and vacations.

Maintains printers as needed.

Assists staff with hardware and software issues.

Handles upgrades for various software programs.

Assists staff with various technology as needed.

Can quickly learn currently implemented software systems, maintain and upgrade them, and assist staff in operating said systems.

Able to manage new technology hardware/software upgrades, install new technology, and train staff to use new technology.
