Duties:
Answer inbound information and sign up requestsExplain features and benefits of Knewton's unique educational systemRespond clearly and with authority to a wide range of questionsLog all calls in our database
As Knewton is constantly growing and evolving, additional opportunities and responsibilities may arise over time


Skills/Qualifications:Significant experience in direct sales or customer serviceOutstanding telephone communicationFluent and written English with college-level vocabulary
Energetic, charming and engaging personality
Familiarity with standardized tests and test preparation is helpful, but not necessary
Organized, attentive to detail and willing to work hardInterest in the technology / Internet / education industries is a plus
