Imaging Coordinator

The Document Distribution Coordinator will be responsible for scanning and imaging all documents received through various forms of media to internal departments within Westwood College.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  · Receive all incoming faxes (efax and actual fax machine) · Record receipt of documents in class system · Electronically file and image all documents received · Reviews documents for accuracy before scanning, and/or imaging · Notify appropriate individuals of document inaccuracy · Maintains log files for signoff of document delivery · Communicate with various departments regarding status of faxes · Creates monthly overview reports to show total number of documents coming in through different media sources · Audit random files to ensure 24-hour updating by internal departments · Other duties as assigned    JOB QUALIFICATIONS · Education: High School diploma or equivalent · Experience: Minimum 1 year in an office setting  · Attention to detail  · Ability to work with all types of people · Ability to multi-task and change project priorities. · Ability to work independently. · Ability to communicate professionally, with clarity and brevity, required--both orally and   in writing. · Ability to self-start and self-monitor work projects. · Ability to balance urgency of assignments and timelines     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.    COMPUTER EXPERIENCE · Should have knowledge of computer operations email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software.
