Identity & Access Management Directory Services Administrator (P795)
The California State University, Northridge (CSUN) department of Identity and Access Management (IAM), seeks an exceptional administrator to support the IAM infrastructure through maintenance of the underlying systems and the development of new functionality processes to allow additional systems to leverage this infrastructure while coordinating activities related to business processes to ensure technical support is provided and campus needs are met. The position will require thorough knowledge of LDAP systems; monitoring system resources and controlling usage in a production environment, management scripting languages and other management tools, systems management and security/control procedures, with knowledge of Sun Identity management systems.
This exceptional opportunity allows the successful candidate to provide maintenance and enhancements to support the Campus Directory Infrastructure and Campus Identity Reconciliation Processes while providing coordination and project management within the IAM unit and IT. In addition, the IAM Directory Services Administrator will provide expertise on various security related topics to ensure the AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) controls are effectively and efficiently employed within the campus IAM infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education. Equivalent to three years of full-time, progressively responsible experience performing computing and technical analysis of procedures. The selected candidate must pass a fingerprint clearance.
