We are seeking an innovative and talented leader for the following key role:IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Tukwila, WAResponsibilities: Provide first line support on all computer related issues for students, staff, and administration personnel. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in order to resolve issues, and install when needed. Coordinate, install, move, add, change, and warrantee repair with vendors and all hardware issues. Maintain a fully functional classroom environment for students (PCs, Apple Computers, network, multi-media). Assist with modifying and developing technical and user support procedure manuals, reference guides, and network and hardware related documents. Assist in the administration of all related hardware operations for the school including; copiers, phone, projectors, hubs, switches, routers, servers, workstations, media, and all peripheral attachments and modules. Perform diagnosis, service and maintenance on all networks. Account Maintenance for information systems and telephones: add/delete and modify account information of company systems, manage groups and lists (e.g. director’s list in e-mail), and add/delete telephone extensions. Information Systems Department support: inventory hardware, and inventory software and licenses.Requirements: Associate’s degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 or more years of experience in an IT support role.
