ILT Instructional Designer with Retail Experience Needed in Columbus

Keywords: instructor led training, instructor-led training, curriculum designer,  We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer to develop a store manager curriculum. The topics will include recruiting, hiring, diversity, coaching, performance management and difficult interaction. In this role, you will develop Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides and Evaluations in Word using the client’s branding style. Some of the content exists. Training is done mostly one-on-one and not in a full classroom style. The client would like to pilot by September and implement by October or November  Requirements:5+ years of Instructional Design experience Experience developing solid ILT including EvaluationsRetail Store background a mustAbility to work Independently  Start Date: ASAP.
