Associate Director of RecruitingHult International Business School- Boston Travel the world for three weeks each year and meet prospective MBA candidates face-to-face around the globe! The Hult Recruitment Team traveled to almost 30 countries in the past year including Spain, Italy, Japan, China, and Greece. You must: have minimum 3 years sales or recruiting experience have incredible drive, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit have superb in-person, telephone and email communication skills have the maturity and presence to deal with international professionals between the ages of 25 and 35. Your job would be: developing and/or implementing a strategy and plan for a geographic region to be determined; creatively coming up with ways of marketing/selling Hult to meet immediate recruiting goals and to build the applicant pipeline. What we are looking for: passion for international education and preferably for the Hult program a team player flexible and happy to support the recruiting team as needed and more than willing to participate at all levels from the ground up sophistication to interact with potential partners such as other business schools, media partners, agents, referral sources, and alumni the ability to monitor progress towards recruiting targets during the course of a recruiting cycle. Daily tasks will include: representing Hult in person at local and international recruiting events (for example Moscow, Athens, Milan) organizing recruiting events such as information sessions, alumni dinners, and student visits connecting prospective students with current students.Hult International Business School offers a top-ranked, accelerated one-year MBA.
