Â Computer literate - must know how to install a piece of software, browse directories, turn off pop up blockers, change internet settings, use multiple software packages. Must have excellent oral and written commication skills Must have some experience in technical support or customer service Some college preferred but not required Some experience with database queries and software coding desired
