Half-time Upper Grades Reading Specialist
NashobaBrooks School seeks candidates for the position of half-time reading specialist. The candidate will be responsible for working with students in grades four and five and should have past experience with the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of nine, ten and eleven year old students. Preferred candidates are those with a passion for teaching reading and a broad and detailed knowledge of current reading pedagogy and assessment. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in literacy and certification in specific instructional methods such as Project Read, Linda-Mood Bell and Wilson. A full description may be found on the school’s website: www.nashobabrooks.org.
