HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
James A. Rhodes State College, located in Lima, OH, is West Central Ohio's largest two-year college with nearly 3,500 students, and offers more than 90 Associate degrees, majors and certifications programs. The College's campus, on-line course work and off-campus learning centers serve approximately 21 Ohio counties and the College is the region's leading workforce development trainer. The College seeks qualified applicants for the following position: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative and data management support to the Office of Human Resources. The Generalist has responsibility for the College's non-student employee payroll and also prepares reports and administers employee benefit programs. Must have advanced computer processing skills. Bachelor's degree and five years experience required. Master's degree and PHR certification preferred.
