HR Generalist

As our Human Resources Generalist you will provide support for a variety of Human Resources processes. As a successful Human Resources Generalist you will: Support all aspects of benefits administration including answering employee questions, data input and auditing, and interaction with vendors. Process new hire packets, making all data changes in the payroll system, and supporting semi-monthly payroll processing. Assist in recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Manage company intranet and provide assistance with creating content and communications Serve as the first point of contact for all facility related questions and issues. The successful candidate will have: Prior experience in an HR environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service under deadlines. Must be flexible and willing to deal with change without disrupting work performance. Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Experience with web publishing tools is a plus.
