About Our Program
At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to learning. We know that playing and learning are inextricably linked and our “whole child” approach helps children to build strong motor and social skills to better prepare them for school, all while having fun! Parents attend all classes with their children as they explore unique songs, play instruments and games. Lesson plans and training are provided. We have part time positions (15-30hrs) for weekday, evening and weekend availability. We can customize a schedule to meet your availability. Must be able to travel to 2 or more area locations (Owings Mills, Columbia, Nottingham, Millersville). We have immediate needs for teachers who can work on weekdays (9-3pm) in our Owings Mills and Millersville area.
Compensation: $10-$12/hr based on experience.

Teacher Skills/Qualifications
· Must be 18 year of older, and have own transportation
· Pleasant and tuneful singing voice
· Love of singing, music making and teaching
· Group facilitation skills
· Experience working with young children a plus
· Multi-tasker who is comfortable with basic computer skills
· Playful and energetic teaching style
· Customer service or retail experience or a plus
· 1 year or more commitment required; no short term applicants please.
Groups interviews will be held on Thursdays at 5pm throughout August and September.
