Description:GRE Product & Curriculum Manager - Overall subject matter expert and product champion Product Development Responsibilities: Product evaluation, ideation, innovation Overall responsibility for product development from ensuring quality (eliminate errata), meeting deadlines, and issues management Develop most critical curriculum and assign resources to other projects, as needed Manage and professionally develop Product Developer (as appropriate) Recruit, hire, train, and manage freelancer pool and budget Develop strong working relationships with other departments involved in product developing including Technology, Academics, and Operations Take the lead on internal marketing projects including Product Training and other internal resources. Review product accuracy in external marketing materials. Manage external relationships related to the productResearch Responsibilities: Evaluate teacher, student, and field needs. Closely track research including Bluebooks, Benchmark, and Bellwether reports. Competitor research, evaluation, tracking Compile test trends and monitor test changes Research admission trends and monitor changes in admission requirementsField Response and Support: Support and train the Sales, Service, Academic, and Field teams Respond to incoming feedback from the field and teachers Provide scheduling guidance as well as support for running successful events Monitor current inventory related to the course materialTraining, Teaching, and Presenting: Complete Teacher Training and Presenter Training Teach at least one class per product cycle (preferably after a new course launch) Lead at least one marketing event per year Desired background: Minimum Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred. Experience with GRE exam and courses preferred. Expertise in teaching, curriculum and standardized tests.
