COMPENSATION:
Our Inside Sales Executives start with base pay during initial 2 weeks, then true commissions thereafter. Typical earnings during first 12 months range $50k to $90k. Our Sales staff with over 1 year experience average six-figure incomes, as do our top first-year individuals. Additional spiffs include generous rewards for high producers such as paid Hawaii vacations, company luxury car privileges, event tickets, popular high-end entertainment products, cash, etc.

UPWARD MOBILITY:

If you are ambitious and interested in upward mobility, the supervisors of Inside Sales Executives are the Assistant Team Leaders (ATL) & Team Leaders (TL). TLs lead teams of 4 to 10 Sales Executives, Our ATL’s and TL’s are currently earning $120k to $400k+ annually.
