(TCN), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, has been providing working adults with educational solutions from leading universities since 1992.  Our mission is to make quality education as accessible and affordable as possible to working adults.  Because we have Partnership in Education agreements with some of the nation’s leading colleges and universities, our customers can earn a degree or certificate from regionally accredited institutions such as Angelo State University, Bellevue University, Boston University, eCornell (a subsidiary of Cornell University), The George Washington University, The University of Southern California, Indiana State University, Regis University, and Indiana University.  We are hiring Financial Services Representatives to work in the Las Vegas call center located near Rainbow and Russell.  We’re looking for professional and reliable, delinquency collector’s to work full-time positions. Our office hours are:  6:00a.m. – 8:00p.m. Monday through Thursday 6:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. Friday’s 7:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. Saturdays.   The responsibilities include taking inbound calls, making out bound collections calls and working on a dialer for delinquent accounts in order to keep our accounts current.   We offer excellent salary, pay for performance bonus and working conditions.  We also offer affordable medical and dental benefits after 30 days of employment. Required Skills:  High School diploma or equivalent required. At least 2+ years of previous collections experience. Dialer experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 25 wpm. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to use proper grammar and good enunciation. Cooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressure, sense of urgency, and able to work independently.  Submit cover letter and resume via email to jobs2@college-net.com .
