Huntington Learning Center is looking for Franchise Business Consultants to join our team and support regional territories located throughout the United States.  Franchise Business Consultants will be based out of the corporate office in Oradell, New Jersey, as well as in a home based office.  This opportunity requires a proven leader who has the ability to impact professional performance.  A strong business acumen and solid operational performance will help drive success in your territory. 

 

INITIAL TRAINING:

 

All staff members are offered our extensive initial & ongoing paid training program.  Training is designed to fully build your knowledge of the Huntington system to prepare you for the role of Franchise Business Consultant.

 

Franchise Business Consultants will begin with placement in one or our 34 company centers, located in the NY Metro area. Typically, this placement will last for a period of approximately six months. While relocation is not necessary during this time period, the flexibility to be based in the NY Metro area 5 to 6 days per week is required. 

 

While in training, the Franchise Business Consultant will assume a center management role and work as a part of TEAM managing the educational quality of the services that we provide to our students. Managers are responsible for meeting & succeeding center operational goals driving our business forward.

 

BEYOND INITIAL TRAINING:

 

After successful completion of the above listed training, Franchise Business Consultants will receive their regional assignments. 

 

Responsibilities and Requirements will include, but will not be limited to the following:Drive franchise revenue and profitability Goal setting and roadmap development Conduct center visits, review business plans, and make frequent contact calls Conduct supplementary training as necessary Extensive overnight travel will be required – approximately 75%

Qualified applicants will possess the following:

 4-Year College Degree Experience in a multi-unit leadership roleAbility to effectively drive sales in a multi-unit environmentExpertise in implementing business strategies to achieve company objectivesDIRECT communication skills Effective organization and follow-up skills High level of energy and a "GET IT DONE YESTERDAY" sense of urgency The ability to work as part of a team, but also on an INDEPENDENT basis Experience in SALES, MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION, ADMISSIONS, WEIGHT LOSS or TRAINING preferred.
