Hours – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday
Four hours a day maximum, no benefits 180 School Days
Â
Must be able to work for extended periods of time while standing, with full range of body movement, and be able to lift up to ten pounds. Having any prior cafeteria experience and or meal planning training, would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Â
The Food Service Assistant handles all logistical arrangements and distribution requirements for the Lower School lunch program. This includes maintaining correctly a variety of documents, files, and records for the purpose of documenting and/or providing reliable information for daily lunch counts, preparation and cleaning of the kitchen and cafeteria area, ensuring sanitary facilities which directly support learning. It also includes coordinating lunch deliveries, and maintaining the lunch facilities in accordance with HACCP requirements and Massachusetts state laws.
