We need a perfectionist who has a high level of detail and an ability to get things right the first time.  Candidates should be smart, poised, have a sense of humor and a backbone, superb interpersonal skills, and a welcoming personality.  Must be able to show discretion and maintain confidential information, move quickly and shift priorities effortlessly.  Must have impeccable organizational skills and be able to work under pressure in a demanding environment.  We are looking for someone who can anticipate our CEO’s needs and proactively address issues.  The ideal candidate will possess exemplary abilities in all forms of communication.

REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree OR 10+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive5 years of administrative experience in an entrepreneurial environment3 years of MS Office experienceMust be open to working long-hours on an as needed basis - position will carry a Blackberry at all timesMind-reading ability highly desired!
