Executive Assistant to School Headmaster- 5 weeks vacation! 50K
A Boston area private school seeks an Executive Assistant to their Headmaster. Partner with a well known individual in this very visible role! If you have a passion for education and a strong administrative background, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Position offers 50K salary, full benefits, 5 weeks vacation, and very appreciated work hours!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing schedules and calendars for the Headmaster and for the schoolProviding preparation support for Trustee meetings and interaction with TrusteesWorking with the Development team on event management and activitiesHeavy correspondence, mailings, contact management, vendor relations, and assistance with staffing
The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of administrative experience and a BA/BS. Must have very strong verbal and written communication skills and significant experience with MS Office. Must have a passion for education!
