Executive Assistant, Human Resources The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and two Vice Presidents of Human Resources and is primarily responsible for scheduling, phone coverage, mail distribution and delivery, creating PowerPoint Presentations, coordinating and preparing for meetings, setting travel arrangements, as well as other functions as assigned. Some major functions include: • Creating and editing PowerPoint Presentations as well as creating and editing excel spreadsheets specifically for budget or program tracking. • Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and maintaining invoice files as well as processing check requests and purchase orders. • Coordinating, scheduling and preparing for all meetings including administrative set up such as laptop set up, preparation of meeting rooms, assembling handouts and ordering food. • Screening all incoming calls, ordering department supplies, and acting as primary contact for Human Resources new hires and equipment replacements. Requirements: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with at least three to five years of prior experience in an administrative role is required. Must be proficient in all MS office products and have strong familiarity with the internet. Demonstrated ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and great attention to detail needed.
