We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Programs. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact and administrative support by performing a wide variety of highly complex, analytical and confidential administrative duties. The candidate must have a stable work history and superb references. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Provides assistance and support with day-to-day activities and projects. Researches, compiles and analyzes data for reports and other materials.Must be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations.Responsible for coordinating heavy Outlook calendars and scheduling meeting arrangements.Completing project assignments while juggling multiple priorities.Answering, screening and handling external and internal calls accurately and in a timely manner.
The experienced candidate will have:
Minimum of 10 years administrative experience with a minimum of five year experience providing direct support to a member of senior management of a company.Advanced competency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Access or other database software preferred, but not required.Exceptional written, proofreading, interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills, flexibility and ability to multi-task required. Strong comprehension skills and the ability to act based on understanding without needing direction/instruction from supervisor. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet short and changing deadlines with minimal supervisionBachelor’s degree preferred.
