The CSI Companies are accepting resumes to work in the Sable Park area for a TOP Company. This Educational Institution is looking for 10 polished, professional individuals to perform advanced light INSIDE SALES –outbound calls (Zip code 33619) This Corporate Inside Sales position is looking to start early November. The position entails a 3 weeks extensive training period, giving the individual the tools they need to close the deal. After 2 weeks, the individuals are responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls to enroll these students into on line educational programs.  The product you are selling: EDUCATION. You are enrolling students into a variety of universities in the area, and out of state. These students have already expressed their interest in enrolling in a school; they just need guidance on what school is right for them. The office environment is very fast paced and energetic. It’s a friendly competition where employees work independently and with a team. Sound manageable?  Requirements: 4 years of high school coursework completed Minimum College coursework preferred Previous inside/outside sales up or cross selling (retail, phone, etc) Outgoing Personality Extreme Professionalism Analyzing skills Attention to detail Communication Outgoing Personality Hours:· Training hours: 8:30-5:30pm, Monday thru Friday for approx 3 weeks.· Permanent hours: 11:30-8:30pm, Monday thru Thursday, then 8:30-5:30pm on Friday.·There will be one mandatory overtime shift on the last Saturday of every session which occurs from 9:00am to 1:00pm (4 hours).  This is the only mandated overtime during each 8 week session. Benefits:50k yearly tuition reimbursement for college of your choice.  Pay:$12 (associates Degree) $13.46 (Bachelors Degree) hourly plus commission.
